By Minnie Whitley

You have never been to a theater before. You have been wanting to see a performance in this setting, but you seem to always run out of luck in getting a hold of tickets for the shows that you are interested in getting. Good thing though, you have actually found a way to get a hold of tickets for this event that you have been wanting to watch. Of course, you are more than excited.

You have been wanting to make sure that you get to find ways on how to be able to enjoy these programs better. It is important that you know how to better enjoy these plays in Phoenix. This is your first time and this might actually look really challenging to you at first. So, you are advised to take the right steps to ensure that you get to act appropriately when watching these shows in these establishments.

Understand that there are specific things that you need to do and specific manner in which you are expected to act when you are part of the crowd of spectators that watch performances held in these establishments. This is different from your usual stage. So, the manner in which you are expect to act here may be significantly different than what you were used to.

Understand that where these places are involved, it has to be gadgets off. You need to avoid turning on your phone while you are inside the theater. You would mt want to disturb other spectators due to the constant ringing of your phone. Also, no one would want to seer the blinking screen of your hone while they are focused on the performance. Also, photography is not allowed.

Take steps towards arriving early on these places too. You need to understand that one policy of theaters in Phoenix, AZ is that they would not wait for late comers to start the show. They will start at the specific time that they have stated they would start. When you arrive late, you will be ushered to be seated at the back. You can only go to your specific seat once there is an intermission.

Dressing appropriately is something that you need to make sure of too. Of course, this does not mean that you have to come in with ball gowns on. No, it is not that formal. But you definitely cannot come here in torn jeans, in flip-fops too. Casual, semi-formal clothes would work best for regular dates. For special showing, cocktail dresses would do just fine.

Stay quite during the entire time that there is a show on stage. You would not want to have to end up gossiping with your companion about scenes and trivia about the performance especially if you have seen the same performance before. Give other people that have note seen them then to actually be able to appreciate the show themselves. Leave the gushing and the fangirling at the end of the show.

If possible, avoid bringing your kids with you. It is important that you will be able to enjoy the show without unnecessary interruptions, good if this is a performance that is aimed at kids as well. If they are not, then your kids will just end up getting bored and throwing tantrums as a result.
