These companies specialize in identifying talent and skills among individuals to be recruited for a firm. Other than this, they do help firms develop, reward and retain employees to improve performance. Persons should however not confuse the work of these companies to that of managing entertainers.

Obviously for an individual to be recognized, he or she ought to have qualifications. Therefore the questions asked will be mostly to gauge how one can handle himself when faced with a particular situation among other things that test the intelligence levels.

Persons who express well how they will handle themselves in tricky situations are picked for the next level of recruitment. This is the interview stage where the attributes mentioned earlier will be assessed when one is being asked questions. After which individuals go to the next level where competition is very stiff because only few individuals have remained and they seem to have strong qualities and qualifications.

When it comes to retaining employees, they do help an employer to evaluate the performance and potential of employees. If an employee is not performing, they advocate him or her to be let free. In the event that a worker performs well, they also evaluate his potential or future performance so as to give the worker necessary development of skills and increased responsibility.
