You always wanted to aspire to become a writer. For years, you have aimed at having your name and your novels published in books that people from all over can actually read about. You know that you have to start somewhere. So, you want to make sure that this time around, you're doing things right.

There are lot of things you need to do to get a good chance at getting the story published. You're aiming at coming up with a really good counter terrorism fiction novel. There are some pointers that you would want to take note of before you start writing. This way, you get a better chance at getting the book published and picked up soon.

Decide on the kind of story you what to focus on. There are all kind of genres that writers can choose to focus on when they want to start pursuing their passion. This time, you want to make sure that what you want to write about is something that you're genuinely interested in. Unless you're passionate about it. Chances are, you might just end up losing interest halfway.

This allows you to weave your story around the idea that they are for a certain set of readers to read and comprehend.

Research on the subject that you're trying to write too. Sure, it is not something that you're basing on actual event. But you have to make sure that the plot, the setting, the story line itself, is going to have a realist fee on it. Otherwise, it would be hard for your readers to relate to what is really going on in the story. Invest time on learning more of your subject so you get to write it better.

It is important to note that as far as writing stories goes, starting things up is always the hardest. There is a good chance that you'll end up having a really tough time how to introduce the story. Use this opportunity to thin of something interesting, something that will make your readers stick to the book and turn to the next page. It has to be interesting enough so they cannot put the book down.

Always make it a point to carry a notebook wherever you go. Carry a pen along with it as well. This allows you to take note of some ideas and some things you would want to include in the story whenever they strike. There is no knowing really when inspiration is going to strike you. The key here is for you to take note of them since there is a good chance that you might forget them later on.

Write when the inspiration actually write something strikes you. One of the many mistakes that a lot aspiring writers make is that they seem to think that they can write something if they'll will themselves to. No, it does not work that way. If they actually want to be sure that they can come up with something productive, then it is best that they wait for the inspiration to kick in before they start typing.
